"Having grown up in the theatre, we know firsthand what a positive impact the arts can have on a young mind. We are passionate about sharing that experience with children and helping them to explore their imaginations, their sense of self and their relationship to the world around them."
Brenda has taught and directed at many different children's theatre companies including J Company, Kroc Kids, Northbrook Theatre and Arimaw Productions. Directing credits include Annie, The Music Man, Disney's 101 Dalmatians, Seussical, Disney's The Jungle Book and Disney's Beauty and the Beast.
Brenda served as Artistic Director for Kroc Kids, the resident youth theatre company at the Ray and Joan Kroc Community Center in San Diego, for 3 years. During her tenure, she produced and directed full-scale productions for children ages 6-18; developed theatre, dance and music classes; and through volunteer efforts, was highly involved in the community.
